Friend Hub - Terms & Conditions

A few ground rules for using this Pacific Northwest community project.

Age Requirement

You must be 14 years of age or older to create an account and use Friend Hub. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Beta Testing Notice

Friend Hub is currently in a limited beta test. During this period, your account, posts, photos, messages, and any other data may be changed, reset, or deleted at any time without notice.

Be kind

Friend Hub is a PNW-grown community, open to anyone who respects it and the people here. Treat each other with respect.

Community Conduct

Anyone is welcome here, but this is a real community, not a free-for-all. Hate speech, harassment, deliberately misleading information, and any content that could put others at risk are not tolerated. Admins can warn, remove content from, or ban any account that violates these terms - at their sole discretion, without prior notice.

Friend Hub also reserves the right to remove accounts that appear to be spam, automated, or otherwise not genuine community members, at the admin's discretion, with or without notice.

Reporting

If you see something that shouldn't be here, use the report option available on posts and profiles. Reports are reviewed by admins, and every admin action taken is logged for transparency between admins - see the Transparency page for more on how this works.

Your content, your responsibility

Anything you post - photos, videos, text, and especially any music you upload or link to My Persona - is your own responsibility. If you add a song, you're confirming you have the right to share it (for example, it's your own recording, or you otherwise have permission). The site owner is not responsible for content members upload or link to.

Privacy

The Hub's posts are visible to your Squad (and yourself) - not the whole site. Admins can remove posts or comments that violate these terms.

No Warranty, Limited Liability

Friend Hub is provided as-is, on a best-effort basis, by its owner as a personal project. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the owner isn't liable for any damages, losses, data loss, or issues arising from your use of the site - including content posted by other members or the site being unavailable. You use Friend Hub at your own risk.

Your Own Responsibility

By using Friend Hub, you agree that you're responsible for your own posts, messages, and uploads, and you won't hold the site owner responsible for other members' actions or content.
